Yardwork and Landscaping is keeping pretty active. No need to go running for three miles later. The tasks of keeping the street keep with the new 'gasoline blower' is moving the pine needles quickly out the way (kind of like the hand of GOD).
I finally got around to playing with one of my birthday gifts (GoPro Hero2 WebCam). It has been challenging to get going. After a few day of looking for a non-existing battery adapter, I learned how to connect it to a USB and wall outlet. Today I read how turn it off and on and shuffle through the different modes. I took it around the house, in the pool then on the bike. Learning to be patience with learning process.
The movie are imported automatically into iPhoto then export to desktop and drag into other programs. GarageBand, Adobe Premiere or Finally Cut Pro. I was sorta of happy that this new camera did not come with a Application. I have too many already.

Bread - Nitrition
I woke up a 2 am and started watch Joel Fuhrman about nutrition.

Potatoes and French fries do not have all the multi vegtable.
During the show I googled 16 Grain bread because I was hearing someone cut out bread all together from their meals. I usually try and buy 16 grain bread thinking it will have more fiber but I was surprised to see 0.0% Vitamins but lots lots a Sodium.
